What I do.

Strong creative vision is common in this industry. The structure to sustain it is not. I close that gap.

One person, three ways to work together.

Creative strategy & direction.

Where a project is going and why.

I help artists, brands and events define what they are, who it's for and how it should feel, then turn that into a plan that survives contact with reality. I started as a designer twenty years ago and I still think like one.

  • Brand positioning and strategy
  • Art direction and visual identity
  • Content strategy and communication

Events & cultural projects.

The lineup is the easy part.

Production, permits, cash flow, partnerships and a team that holds when things go wrong: that's the real work. I've produced everything from club nights to large indoor events and international performances.

  • Event planning and production
  • Promotion and international shows
  • Partnerships, grants and team building

Artist management.

Management built on trust, not volume.

I work with a small number of electronic music artists, with a long-term view. The job is to turn talent into a career that lasts: a clear identity, the right rooms at the right time, and a team around the artist that pulls in the same direction.

I know every side of the table. I've produced events, negotiated with promoters, artists and agents across Europe, and worked as art director for artists on rebrands, tour visuals and merchandise. All of that goes into every artist I manage.

  • Career strategy, positioning and identity
  • Booking management, tour logistics and promoter relations
  • Releases, campaigns and partnerships

How I work

How I work.

A clear starting point, a shared scope, and a way of working that fits where your project is now.

  1. 01

    Conversation

We start with a conversation. I listen to what you want to build, where things stand and what is getting in the way. We work out whether I am the right person to help.

  2. 02

    Scope

Before we start, we agree on the priorities, what I will deliver, how involved I need to be and what progress should look like. The scope follows the project, not a fixed package.

  3. 03

    Build

We put the plan to work. That can mean creative direction, production, partnerships or working with your team. We stay focused on the agreed priorities and review them as the project develops.

  4. 04

    Review & next steps

We look at what has changed and what the project needs next. That might be a handover to your team, a new phase or continued support. We agree the next step rather than assume it.

Starting point

Where is your project now?

An idea to shape

Clarify the direction, the audience and what needs to happen first.

A project to launch

Bring the creative work, production, people and plan together.

An existing project to develop

Take stock, find what needs to change and define the next phase.

You do not need to start from zero. We agree where I can help, how we will work together and when to review the scope.
